Banksia Wood Split Logs - 1kg

Banksia is excellent for smoking with all meats and even seafood. Produces a mild but very flavoursome smoke. Long slow burning so can be used as both a heat and/or flavour source for low n slow or direct grilling. 
 
Available in Split Logs - Approximately 25cm x 8-10cm wide
